Ross Love

Ross Love was responsible for the successful execution of Carleton College's move to its current location along the Rideau Canal.

As Carleton's Director of Planning, Love was instrumental in the establishment of the newly constructed Carleton University. Ross Love served as Lieutenant in the Electrical Branch (Radar) of the Royal Canadian Navy before being employed as Professor of Physics by Carleton University. In 1973 Love was named Carleton University's Vice President Academic and remained so until 1978.
